There are multiple occasions where characters have their heads partially impaled with teeth. Generally bloody.

A man gets his head rammed into a concrete wall. However there is no gore in this moment - it somewhat comically deforms the wall into a crater.

A character has their face removed with teeth. They are visibly afraid during this entire encounter. It is extended over around 15 seconds of a clear struggle, being pulled by a character behind them and lots of blood is shown. The skin is shown twice. There are multiple instances of similar happening though no explicit face removal except in this scene.
