- Similar to REmake2, there are posters of women in bikinis around the city.
- A big bug monster shoves his tentacle into a woman's mouth before she pushes it off. Might be a little suggestive.
- Jill's unlockable costumes are semi-revealing.
- Sexual and Suggestive Themes. Women in very revealing garments.
Violence & Gore

- Almost as violent as REmake2, although the level of gore has been slightly downgraded. This is still a very violent game with zombie heads exploding, limbs getting blown off, people dying, and a lot of blood.
Profanity

- There are a decent amount of cursing during the cut-scenes, but Jill tends to not curse as much as Claire or Leon in REmake2 during gameplay.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Some characters smoke.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some of the game over deaths are pretty brutal and terrifying. One example would be when Jill gets swallowed whole by a gamma hunter. You can hear her back break as this happens and her body is snapped backwards as she's being swallowed. While this isn't extremely graphic, it can be very unsettling and hard to watch.
- A major gameplay component involves the player constantly fleeing from an increasingly threatening bio-weapon called Nemesis. It is designed to appear frightening and grotesque. The chase (which permeates the plotline) at times involves jump scares, and an overall feeling of adrenaline.
