- A man is decapitated with a machete. This is very disturbing and upsetting. Multiple people are later seen eating his decapitated head. There are gross noises and you can see the characters biting off chunks of his decapitated head. This is very detailed and highly disturbing.
- A graphic wound opens up on the side of a woman's abdomen, after giving birth to a kitten through this wound, she stimulates herself through this orifice and later has sex with it. This sequence is disturbing and strange.

- There are scenes where a main character snorts cocaine, despite him quoting he does not do blow anymore. One scene captures the man wracking up a line of coke and a girl spikes his stash with vine leaf pollens, intended for harmful effects against him.
