  • Lulu the dog's original owner kills himself by driving into a tree. Scene is not shown but references are made to suicide and how it would be done
  • The trailer makes it out to be a lot more of a comedy than it is. It's a drama with some comedic elements. This movie is not turner and hooch. It's darker than that. There are funny scenes but the first 40 minutes are pretty intense
