Sex & Nudity

  • Brief "prosthetic" female nudity during a delivery scene. Viewers briefly see the baby's head crowning through a prosthetic birth canal opening in female actor.
  • A man and a woman are seen post sex on a couch. She is putting her clothes back on and is shown in a bra. The man next to her is shown with his pants off and a brief view of his pubic hair is seen.
  • A couple is initiating sex, the man's butt is exposed for a sustained period of time while they attempt (unsuccessfully) to remove the female's pants. As she walks away and he follows, full frontal male nudity is seen from middle distance from under his shirt.
  • A clear shot of the character's vagina is shown while giving a birth
  • The husband forces the wife to grab his penis. She doesn't want to, isn't in to it, he continues, rather forcefully, carries her into the bed room. She still not into it but tries to make him happy by helping him take her pants off but then he gets mad and leaves her and the home.
  • Around 01:00 the husband is with the attorney who he also acknowledged previously that they were related. Scene open to her giving him oral and him exposed on the couch.

  • This movie is really depressing as revolves around a failing marriage. The beginning in which a woman loses her baby during birth is intense and detailed. Her mental state slowly deteriorates throughout the film.

Violence & Gore

  • The wife catching the husband lying about going to work and he gets mad and hits her in the face with a yoga ball while she is smoking a cigarette, so ashes go everywhere. It's violent and then he rages on calling her names.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The birth scene, particularly the death of the baby, could be extremely upsetting/ stressful for some viewers.
  • A newborn baby is shown having trouble breathing. The camera cuts away to someone else and then returns to the baby, who's turned blue. Paramedics arrive, and the scene ends - it's made very clear that the baby has died.
