Everything is such a chore with this game.
I have played many RPGs, but never felt like I needed to study to play. Feels like I have to get a boring law degree first before I can actually play it. Little is instinctive, like with most other games. I like the idea of making new items, but if you want to do something with them in the menu, you literally have to scroll past hundreds of items before you find one that you might want to use for certain purposes.
The characters are somewhat okay and nice. Not a lot of depth with most of them. Two you get late in the game and their storyline is more tell than actually show.
The one amazing part is the setting. It doesn't compensate for the rest.
