- Parts of the game take place in a soapland. Pictures of female models are shown in the background, though bikinis are as revealing as they get.
- The character can buy weapons such as massagers and whips from stores, but nothing suggestive is said or done with them.
- One of the jobs in the job mechanic has the female character using it dress up in S&M clothing and use suggestive gear and skills. Cleavage is visible but no nudity.
- There are talks of people breeding animals that can be overheard that sometimes use descriptive dialogue but this does not last long.
Violence & Gore

- Exaggerated hits and blows in battle. Small amounts of blood splatter on the walls and floor. There is a "mild" setting for blood in the options menu.
- The more violent bits are mostly saved for cinematic cutscenes.
- Characters get beaten with visible bruising on their faces.

- Liberal cursing throughout, including "f**k" and "s**t."
- Liberal use of every curse word.
- The word "c**stain" is used as an insult in the beginning.

- A bar is used as a hideout, and characters are shown drinking when inside. You can increase your bond with party members by starting conversations called "Drink Links."
- Alcoholic drinks can be used as restorative items, getting the character using it drunk.
- Kagami-biraki is performed at the end of successful shareholder meetings.

- Scenes of torture and execution. Can be tough to watch at times.

Violence & Gore
- Two young yakuza are brutally shot multiple times by a rival clan. Blood splatters everywhere.
- A character is bound to a chair and executed with a crossbow.
- A character is seen hanging from the ceiling by a noose.
- A character is shot in the chest but survives. The scar where the bullet was removed is visible a large chunk of the game whenever he's shirtless.
- A character gets his eye gouged out as the camera quickly pans away.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A wheelchair-bound character injects himself with a special drug that allows him to stand and walk for a limited time.
