Sex & Nudity

  • No frontal nudity (genitalia) shown at all. There are several scenes with male buttocks showing including male full rear nudity. Protagonist in implied sex scene. Sexual innuendo and gestures. One scene takes place in a pornography factory where some nudity occurs; underage girls are briefly held captive.

Violence & Gore

  • Multiple shootings with a few brutal results.
  • Several men get shot in the head with blood spraying and puddling beneath their heads. One man gets shot several times in the leg. He is then shot in the head offscreen. We briefly see the aftermath for a split second. Blood and pieces of brain matter are beneath his head.
  • A man shoots a naked man three times. We see three bloody bullet holes form in his back and we see blood spray on the wall.
  • A man gets kidnapped and brought to a warehouse. He has a plastic bag duck tapped over his head. He is then punched in the face multiple times. The bag is covered in blood along with his most of his face and chest. He also has a swollen eye.
  • A man wearing body armor is wounded and is seen coughing up a lot of blood. He gets fatally shot in the head with blood spraying.
  • Multiple dead bodies are shown for a bit. Large puddles of blood are shown beneath their heads and they have lots of blood on their faces. It is implied that they were brutally tortured and killed.

Profanity

  • 165 uses of "fuck" as well as a few uses of "shit". 4 uses of "cock", 1 use of "cunt"
  • 1-2 misuses of God's name, ~3 misuses of Jesus's name

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters drink at a bar. Beer is consumed as well as whiskey in a residence.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Sequences of torture are grisly, brutal and bloody.
  • There is a torture scene where a man has a plastic bag tightly wrapped around his head.

Violence & Gore

  • During a shootout at a police station three guards get shot in the head. Their blood and brain matter splatter on the wall behind them.
  • A man is shot point blank underneath his chin, his blood and brain matter go everywhere on the wall behind him.
  • A man is stabbed in the neck with a big knife. The killer has lots of blood on his face.
  • There's an armored truck robbery scene that's played at least three times during the movie. In which case we see two police guards get shot in the face with blood spraying onto walls and an innocent boy getting shot multiple times. Bloody bullet holes are visible.
  • There's a shootout at an armored cash transport station. Men wearing body armor get shot at multiple times and shoot several guards with blood spraying. There are two instances where we see brain matter spray onto walls.
  • A man gets shot in the liver, the lungs, the spleen and the heart.
  • During an armed robbery at a police station a man is shot in the foot, lots of blood sprays on the floor. He is then placed in a headlock and is choked out.
  • A man has a bullet wound in his neck. Blood is briefly shown gushing/squirting out of the wound. His skin looks pale and he gets his throat slit by his friend.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The main character is man who wants revenge for the death of his son. The lengths he goes to get his revenge are quite brutal.
  • Intensity factor increased by high number of named-character casualties, compared to the usual percentage of anonymous henchpersons among the scarred, stabbed, shot, slain and 'sploded.
