One of the best family shows I have ever seen. Can't believe only 10 episodes in the 13th series. Come back soon Heartlanders. From South Africa

Running out of storylines.

I waited for Season 13 to air here, in the U.S. and it hasn't been worth the wait. Georgie's graduation episode was unpredictable and fun. The episode with Luke's Mom returning was heartbreaking and uplifting. Outside of those two episodes, Season 13 could've been skipped. Storylines got crazy (or preachy) and not a good-crazy, especially the season finale. Amy and Ty getting shot! Really, again? Amy was shot seasons ago. The guy running against Lou for Mayor was too much of a supervillain to be taken seriously. It's Mayor of tiny Hudson. Calm down, dude. And Mitch, move on. Lou was obnoxious enough. Now, as Mayor Lou, forget about it. Hopefully, Season 14 will return to good writing and its heart and soul: Amy and Ty (and the horses, of course).
