I just noticed I never wrote a review for this episode. Tom Payne (Malcom) is really growing as an actor and he shines as the slightly neurotic profiler for the NYPD. I've never really been a fan of Lou Diamond Phillips but I am loving him in this.

Malcolm finally realizes that his mother might had been complicit with her father's murdering spree.
Malcolm confronts both his mother and father about it. Knowing that no answer from Dr Whitly will satisfy him.
With Malcolm even more agitated, he is called in over the murder of a model and social media influencer. The dead woman was found in a bath as a design work. Based on something created by her fashion designer boyfriend, Axel X.
The designer is in Malcolm's sights but he seems to be afraid of someone.
The case of the week mirrors the issues Malcolm faces with his parents. It was a nice bit of writing and at least they tone down the grisly death count.
