Yummy is an orgy of blood, violence and fun in which a young couple travel to a shabby Eastern European hospital for plastic surgery. The young woman wants a breast reduction. Her mother comes along for yet another face-lift. Wandering through an abandoned ward the boyfriend stumbles upon a young woman, gagged and strapped to an operating table; she is the result of an experimental rejuvenation treatment. He frees her, but does not realize he just caused the outbreak of a virus that will change doctors, patients and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies.

Without a doubt, beautiful, well-endowed Alison is going through a rough patch in her life. On the one hand, her bossy mother, Sylvia, is suffocating her, and on the other hand, Alison's had enough of pervy eyes glued to her F-sized breasts every day. To spare herself further embarrassment, Alison schedules an appointment at a seedy Eastern European clinic for a cheap breast reduction surgery, and without delay, off she goes along with her supportive boyfriend, Michael, and of course, surgery-addicted Sylvia. Then, after a bizarre first impression, unsuspecting Michael comes face-to-face with pure horror and the hospital's well-hidden secret, and no one will ever be the same again. The Dutch couple Alison and Michael travel by car with Alison's mother Sylvia to a hospital in the Easter Europe. Alison wants a breast reduction and Sylvia a plastic surgery and the hospital of Dr. K is cheaper and cheaper. They are welcomed by his assistant, Janja, who shows the hospital for them. They also meet the womanizer driver Daniel, who hits on Alison. Michael is a former medical student, who quit the course since he has blood phobia. While Alison is preparing for the surgery, Daniel invites Michael to visit the hospital. But Daniel is a junkie and is indeed trying to rob drugs for his use. The clumsy Michael sees a woman tied up to a stretcher with a mask, and he removes her mask. The woman is a monster, and Michael and Daniel flee from the room.
