The exchange between Aneesha and the doctor about Sarah's nosebleed is complete gibberish. A "radial bifurcation" isn't a medical procedure. The term suggests a splitting of the radial artery (which is in the arm) which is clearly unrelated to a nosebleed. Aneesha's response of "Posterior and anterior" makes even less sense in either context as we don't have noses on the back of the head and there is only one radial artery in the arm which is neither anterior or posterior.
In the second Japanese countdown, the male voice goes from "nana" (7) to "shi" (4), which is extremely unusual. If someone uses "nana" for 7, he or she will use "yon" for 4. If someone uses "shichi" for 7, he or she will use "shi" for 4. These two systems are generally not mixed as they were in this episode for the countdown.
