No words can describe what a piece of poo this is. The unbelievable content aside, the production/post production quality is beyond horrendous. Story - abominable. Acting - laughable. Concept - WHAT THE EFF???

The part of the movie that was the last straw for me was when they decided to rob the local store and they walked right down past the toilet paper. It's like the end of the world and with all that chaos and you don't need tp? Who doesn't need tp? That's the first thing everyone grabs is TP. And you aren't any different. Oh, and not to mention that the cheesy special effects made the tv screen cloudy all the time.

It was 7 minutes before they stopped quoting the bible which was difficult to hear as the music was too loud. Then the Action began and the graphics were poor. They started talking again and the acting was poor so at 9 minutes i turned it off. Looks home.made. 3 is probably generous.

Someone told me there was a new apocalyptic movie out now since i love movies like that, but to even call this a movie is beyond my understanding, actually i whould rather use 2 hours of my life to stare at an turdsandwich drying out in the hot morning sun then to watch this again

Not since the Rock creatures in "Noah" have I laughed so hard at a poor interpretation of the Bible. The film opens with a reading of Revelation and the warning to the seven churches of Asia (mostly modern Turkey) and they never relate any of that to modern times but they switch to modern times and apply selected passages out of Revelation to create a gosh-awful story. Would the anti-Christ really use 666 as a mark knowing all the bad press it has gotten? It is also nice to know that even with cities ablaze, a plague that wipes out a 1/3 of the population, atomic bombs going off, earthquakes, and the stars falling from the sky, we will still be able to operate the electric grid. Never mind the fact I lose power if they predict a rainstorm. Don't look for any rapture or any white throne as the didn't have enough money left over to create a CG heaven. bad acting. Horrible script. And what is Babylon? It was a metaphor for Rome. Is it New York now? Not explained either.

A religious movie made to spread fear of world coming to an end. Made by religious fanatics wannabe actors and based on the book of revelation. Don't waste your time watching this piece of garbage. An incompetent wannabe camera man, with an incompetent wannabe director. That the story would suck, you'll notice 5 minutes in. Total crap from beginning to end.

The begging was like 10 minutes of quotes is a false bible (there were so many lies about what bible mentioned and say) then when the movie at least started was so noisy, incredible soundtrack noising and bad acting. I can't say what was worst, the noise, the intro, the acting, the story or the migraine I got after 30 minutes trying to watch this mess.

I can understand the people who made this believe, but don't mis-catorgarise and call it science fiction. Acting is meh, storyline is what it is. But for the sake of being fair at least be honest about what it is... Forcing this into people by deception is pretty low. Be prepared for a bible lesson with no redeeming features.

I watched this movie with my church youth group and it was awesome. Everyone was so engaged and couldn't take their eyes off the screen. Very thought provoking we had some great dialogue after the movie. Great message! Great meaning! Awesome movie!

I'm not super religious but for a movie that had limited resources, it's pretty bad ass. The guy on the tv was pretty intense. He said a lot of stuff that made me think about the COVID vaccines and tracking humans. Some of the scenes make me think about stuff going on today. It's pretty scary stuff.

A PROPHETIC EYE-OPENER

As I am a fan of apocalyptic entertainment, I didn't know what to expect watching "The Coming." I was pleasantly surprised. It's a long time coming a movie more true to the coming passing of events from a religious perspective as opposed to the typical Hollywood regurgitations where mankind always seems to prevail over judgment.

I especially enjoyed the misty and smokey settings that were realistic to such conditions and the blending of effects which gave it a sense of animation from time to time. The script and acting was very good and the scriptures put to music in the duet put a tear in my eye. It was all very well done.

Bravo!

As for the negative and carnal reviewers who weighed in only to be disrespectful for such an effort, I doubt they even watched the entire production. Shame when people think salvation is foolishness.

This movie takes your breath away. It could never get old to watch. It's feels so real. It captures every detail of the last days. It will grab your heart. So many emotions and it keeps you on your feet it is a learning experience. This movie is amazing. Please don't pass this up. 10/10
