- All nudity is blurred. There are males and females who are dressed in little clothing. one of the Main Character's male friends is mostly always seen shirtless.
- This is probably the tamest game in the franchise when it comes to nudity
- The female Idols are typically seen in a small bra or in their underwear, but no nudity
- When you customise you character you can pick a woman and see her breasts.
Violence & Gore

- Lot of Gun Violence thought, not a ton of blood though
- There are special finishers that you can do when you kill enough enemies that can tend to look pretty violent.
Profanity

- Frequent swears especially at the beginning in one scene where the main character is frustrated in his car and swears consistently for aprox 2 minutes straight. A couple characters use slang instead of full on swearing

- Lots of drinking throughout, minimal if any drugs and smoking are seen
