Not sure why these many awards..
The name n the movie story .. I don't understand what exactly the relation is .. just the main actor is from Scotland that's it.. I think..
Actors acting is good ..
And the story writer is confused about the MLA (shelar) character.. till end.. this character is not sure what he wants

This is a B-grade movie filmed by a good camera=man with a good camera ...but script is below average and with exception of 2 supporting artists all other artists are very poor in their acting...the 2 main artists are also poor in acting and their dialogues are also poor..

While the story is the only positive of this film.. touching sensitive topic such as crime against women...The performances of all the actors were completely out of place and poor to say the least...The lead actress is pathetic along with her father, In the first scene itself you can judge her acting skills..the way she says pappa is so irritating, i felt like turning the movie off at that very moment, but some positive reviews kept me going.... the director of the film himself came for a stalwart role of a daring cop...but fails miserably...all the supporting cast and actors have performed poorly...also the dubbing is very poor executed...if the actor's performances doesn't matter to you than you can go ahead and watch this...story is not bad...

"Hi, I am complete taking about movie not about social massage and mentality of men and women.
I like concept about this movie not add any Bollywood masala. Movie star with point. All actors and actress done very good work. The best thing about this movie is that it is too real. A brilliant film! Salute to the director's and writer's conviction and message.
The typical mindset that is prevalent that if a woman goes to a party and drinks or jokes with a guy. The social issues raised by this movie is on point and at the same time it is an entertaining watch. Movies like this shows the strength of Indian cinema to produce amazing films despite the extreme commercialization. I don't remember the last I was this overwhelmed after watching a movie.
Scotland has done something that no other movie has managed to do. It has made me addicted to the movie. So much so that I didn't want to watch any other movie or read any book as I know nothing would be better than this. Truth of the matter, I didn't want to come out of this experience."

Not recommended even for quarantine dats .Simple, typical ,stereotype story, nothing special except the name of movie scotland...the movie has not even remotely connected to scotland in anyway......news of nomination for awards are fake.........

What a waste of time money and resources! I expected good acting from only 2 actors in the movie but even they couldn't do it! Worst movie I've seen in a long time. I'd rather watch 50 Youtube ads of water purifiers 😂😂😂. I don't think anyone associated with the movie had seen it before release. Otherwise they wouldn't have released it.

The story was good but direction was not upto the mark.
To begin with the pathetic acting of the lead actress Khushboo Purohit is off the chart. The only thing she did in the entire movie was "Ppa Ppa(Papa Papa)" and rest all her acting is not even worth mention.
Manish Vatsalya was fine with his acting but could have been much better. Daya Shankar was the only saviour with Chetan Pandit trying his best. Adam Saini needs coaching on acting and rest of all are totally waste garbage. But still a good attempt. Manish Vatsalya has scope to improve for sure.
No star-cast.....but excellent.
