  Kat Tamin : Mm-hmm.

  Olivia Benson : Um, another hate crime?

  Kat Tamin : I don't think that's what this is. Lakira's homeless, so she works at the piers sometimes.

  Olivia Benson : Okay, survival sex work. I get it.

  Kat Tamin : She gave this guy oral, he got rough, she sassed him, and he snapped.

  Kat Tamin : Beat her. Sexually assaulted with a flashlight. She described the John as a blue-eyed vulture.

  Lakira Baca : Don't waste your time, Kat. Just let me get fixed up and get out of here.

  Olivia Benson : [showing another picture]  How about her? Nikkita. She claims that you assaulted her a month ago.

  Counselor Lisa Turner : I think we're done here.

  Olivia Benson : Oh, we're just getting started, Ms. Turner. Here's Angel. She says that she knows other girls that your client assaulted.

  Dominick Carisi : He has a proclivity, a clear pattern.

  Counselor Lisa Turner : Or they colluded. Did anybody file a complaint at the time? Exactly. My client is going home to see his family.

  Olivia Benson : Try again. Mr. Davies, you're under arrest for aggravated sexual abuse, assault, and patronizing a prostitute.

  Dominick Carisi : Ms. Turner, you might wanna explain to your client what's gonna happen next.

  Kat Tamin : [watching outside]  Yes!

• Kat Tamin : I just found out that Paul Davies is headed to a country club event today. I alerted Westchester County PD, and they're gonna accompany me on the arrest.

  Olivia Benson : Hold up, Kat. Look, I... I, uh I appreciate your drive, but this isn't Vice or Street Crimes.

  Dominick Carisi : We're only gonna get one crack at him. If you arrest him now, he lawyers up. It's better to get him on record.

  Olivia Benson : Plus, he's a lawyer himself. Look, I know that you're very busy, and you have a lot on your plate, but I think it would not be a bad idea if you were up there with Kat.

  Dominick Carisi : [simultaneously]  I don't have time for this.

  Kat Tamin : I don't need a chaperone.

  Olivia Benson : Yes, you do. Go.

• Kat Tamin : [at a fancy country club]  The hell is going on up here?

  Dominick Carisi : Don't ask me. Not my tribe.

  Lakira Baca : Blue eyes. Big jaw. He's got a Dorito-colored car with doors that open up like wings.

  Kat Tamin : So you reported it stolen?

  Paul Davies : Oh, actually, I assumed it was towed.

  Dominick Carisi : Can you, uh, can you tell us what bar you were at?

  Paul Davies : I don't know, some sports bar, Irish name. I took an Uber home from there. Counselor, did you find my car or not?

  Kat Tamin : [showing him Lakira's picture]  A witness did, actually. You know her? Said she knows you.

  Dominick Carisi : Yeah, maybe it's somebody, uh, you met in the bar? Maybe outside?

  Paul Davies : No, it's not that kind of bar. There's no Venn diagram where someone like that and I would intersect.

  Kat Tamin : Yeah, says the guy wearing a skirt and a furry pouch.

  Paul Davies : When you find my car, call me.

  Kat Tamin : He stashed it someplace, and I know it. I will canvass every parking garage in New York if I have to.

  Dominick Carisi : No, no, no, no. Better idea, better idea. You know the piers, right?

  Kat Tamin : Yeah.

  Dominick Carisi : Work those, 'cause this was not this guy's first time.

  Kat Tamin : You ever see him with Lakira?

  Paul Davies : Excuse me, fellas. So, you found it?

  Dominick Carisi : Oh, it was, uh, it was stolen?

  Paul Davies : Is that what you're telling me?

  Kat Tamin : House party.

  Amanda Rollins : I miss those.

  Lakira Baca : I don't know. Every day I tell myself, "You're a beautiful human, Lakira" even though your family says it ain't so. Even though people stare at you like you're some kind of puzzle they don't want to put together. And now you want me to stand in front of a bunch of strangers, and talk about being raped with a goddamn flashlight?

  Kat Tamin : I get it, but it won't just be strangers. I'll be there. Look, you decide what you can do, okay? Just know that I think you're one of the strongest people I've ever known.

  Lakira Baca : Okay, but I'm doing it for you. I'm not expecting no fairy tale ending.
