Sex & Nudity

  • A girl enters a boy's room and strips naked displaying her bare breasts. He fondles her bare breasts while she masturbates him below the screen.
  • A nude girl in shown in a bathtub displaying her bare breasts.
  • A topless boy is shown with a topless girl. The girl's bare breasts are displayed while they lay beside each other. One scene shows male rear nudity briefly.

Violence & Gore

  • A boy is forced to climb a tree, causing one of his fingernails to come out. Shown in graphic detail, very bloody.
  • A boy is caged and gagged, which is quite disturbing. He is then electrocuted numerous times with a cattle prod. Not gory but quite disturbing.
  • A boy believes he is a wolf and attacks two people through the course of the film, leaping at them and biting them. Not gory but quite intense.
  • Man runs up in horse mask, yells "animal freaks", and throws a dog's body (presumably dead before being thrown) through a window as an intimidation tactic for those within the facility.
  • A dead dog is very suddenly thrown through a window. A character picks it up and holds it, and then goes to bury it. Quite a shocking and sad scene

  • The Zookeeper is a very frightening character, yelling at and taunting his patients quite frequently. He uses methods of violence against them as well, such as beating them, electrocuting them, and choking them.
  • The film has a very bleak and downbeat tone and consists of increasingly bizarre and disturbing imagery.
