- As a horror film, it carries lots of suspense and visuals which are rather scary and could be difficult to endure.
- While the violence is much more sporadic compared to the previous installment, it is still very intense during the second half of the film

Violence & Gore
- A man is beaten up and stabbed through the chest
- Two men tussle and one ends up stabbing another, killing him
- A man stabs his own throat to frame the main character and bleeds out, only for his neck to be snapped by the main villain
- A man's head is repeatedly slammed on the table and has his tongue cut off with scissors, killing him. Very graphic.
- A kid is accidentally thrown off the third floor of a house, killing him instantly. We see a pool of blood and badly bruised and swollen up face from the incident
- A man is accidentally shot in the head
- A man's head is wrapped with plastic while getting stabbed repeatedly, killing him
- A woman is choked then stabbed on the chest, the killer leaves her dead body hanging on the wall
- A group of teenagers throw a man to a sewer, the man is knocked unconscious
- A group of teenagers are brutally murdered. One is stabbed through the eye offscreen (we only see the dead body), one is hit with a wrench (also offscreen, we only hear screaming and the dead body is shown), one has his face burned with a flame gun, one is hit by a car and has her whole body and face stuck to the wired fence, then the killer stomps her face
- A woman stabs a man's hand, pinning it on a dining table. Then she drops a big, heavy fridge to his body. She slit his wrist and neck and waits for him to bleed to death. Another younger woman breaks his hand while he's trying to choke the older woman. After he dies, his corpse is taken to a workshop to have his body thrown into a metal shredder, we see his brain popping off of his head and getting shredded.
- While being harassed by a group of teenagers, the main male character is pushed down and cuts his hand on a shard of glass from a bottle he broke a few seconds prior. Pretty graphic especially in the aftermath when he's receiving treatment for his wound.
- A man's hands are stabbed into a table with knives and gets stabbed in the rib cage. His wrists and throat are then slit, draining lots of blood until he stops breathing.
- A man's body is thrown into a car shredder (very bloody, graphic)
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The character change of Corey may be intense, as he starts out as a nice guy, and then transforms into a serial killer
- Michael's corpse is violently crushed and ripped apart in a metal shredder. While satisfying, extremely disturbing.
- A young child is accidentally killed.
