It’s back to th U.K. for Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex, 39, is traveling to England for the Invictus Games anniversary. According to a royal expert, however, a friendly reception from his father, King Charles III, isn’t guaranteed. That is if the two have a meeting during Harry’s visit.
Harry is heading to England to celebrate 10 years of the Invictus Games
After much speculation, it’s been confirmed Harry is indeed visiting London, England, to mark the 10-year anniversary of the Invictus Games.
The father of two founded the sporting competition for wounded and injured soldiers in 2014. Since then, it’s become a staple on his calendar. (He and Meghan Markle are known to attend the Games together.)

Prince Harry’s going to London, England, but a visit with his father, King Charles III, may not happen. Why? Because the 75-year-old monarch may reportedly be too “busy” for a sit down. Ahead, what’s on the agenda for King Charles as his youngest son, the Duke of Sussex, prepares to mark 10 years of the Invictus Games.
Harry may not see ‘quite busy’ King Charles on his Invictus anniversary visit to London
Harry and the king will be in the same city at the same time come May. Harry’s traveling from his and Meghan Markle’s home in Montecito, California, to England.
There, he’ll take part in a service at London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral, marking 10 years of the Invictus Games, the sporting competition for wounded and injured soldiers he launched in 2014.

Prince Harry has a new Netflix show on the way. It’s about — drumroll, please — polo, a favorite sport among many British royals. His and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Productions is, in partnership with the streamer, going inside the world of professional polo. Per a commentator, it’s not necessarily a good look for the Duke of Sussex. Why? Because his “man of the people” image falls away, showing Harry’s still an “elite.”
Harry’s Netflix show about professional polo proves he’s still part of a ‘very exclusive’ world
Although years removed from royal life, Harry’s still an “elite.” And his new polo Netflix show, according to commentator Rafe Heydel-Mankoo, makes that clear.
Primarily filmed at the U.S. Open Polo Championship in Wellington, Florida, the same place where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a charity polo match on April 12, 2024, Harry’s new show will...

Powerful roles and memorable lines have been the hallmark of Clint Eastwood’s career. Cops, cowboys drifters, soldiers and, generally bad ass men’s men … he’s played them all.
The lines that stick with you? Dirty Harry: “You’ve got to ask yourself a question: ‘Do you feel lucky?’ Well, do ya, punk.” Josey Wales: “When I get to likin’ someone, they ain’t around long.” Bill Munny in Unforgiven: “It’s a hell of a thing, killin’ a man. Take away all he’s got, and all he’s ever gonna have.” And perhaps the most quoted of all, Harry Callahan in Sudden Impact: “Go ahead, make my day.”
Eastwood has a cop for so long he should be collecting a pension. He joined the force with Dirty Harry in 1971 and his last movie as a cop was A Perfect World in (1993). He made five...

It turns out that Morgan Freeman’s first big break in show business was just kid’s stuff. After working in a few unmemorable productions, Freeman caught on with PBS’s The Electric Company, a show from the Children’s Television Workshop designed to teach basic reading skills to kids from 7 to 10 years old. The gig ran for six seasons and 780 episodes.
He next grabbed attention in 1980 with performances in Brubaker with Robert Redford and TV movie Attica, he broke out in Street Smart, which earned him the first of five Academy Award nominations. Freeman received Best Actor nominations for Oscar-winning Driving Miss Daisy (1989) and The Shawshank Redemption (1994) before winning for his Best Supporting Actor role in Clint Eastwood’s Million Dollar Baby (2004). He also received a Best Actor nomination for his portrayal of Nelson Mandela in Invictius (2009).

Prince Harry returned to the spotlight, albeit briefly, to give an interview in Canada while marking one year to the 2025 Invictus Games. The Duke of Sussex made headlines for what he said — more on that ahead — but, as for why he stepped in front of the camera, a royal author has shared their own theory. It has to do with the ongoing royal family rift and playing a certain “role.”

The future of the Assassin’s Creed franchise is leaning towards a more diverse, nostalgic, and culturally enriching path. Ubisoft sees the value of its take on the action stealth genre and means to push forward in a generation where the game space is oversaturated with multiplayer and battle royale games with a twist of their own, showing how well they can adapt to the times as their games adapt through time as well.
According to a leak reported by Insider Gaming, the following years for Ubisoft are going to be pretty busy which will surely satisfy the fans, if the leaks are true that is. Openly known for setting their games in specific periods in time, the developers got more and more creative as previous titles indicate like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey taking place in Greece, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in Norway, and the recent entry Assassin’s Creed Mirage is set at Baghdad.

Prince Harry has released a short Invictus documentary and in a surprising move, it’s not available for streaming on Netflix but rather Hulu.
The prince and his wife signed a deal with Netflix back in 2020 for upwards of $100 million to produce content for the streaming giant. In 2021, Meghan put forth an animated series titled Pearl, however, it was given the ax before production even began. The Sussexes then released their six-part docuseries Harry & Meghan which became one of the most-watched documentaries in 2022. In 2023, Netflix released Prince Harry’s Heart of Invictus doc, but that failed to crack the platform’s Top 20. Now, the prince has distributed his new Invictus project to the rival platform. There’s no word yet on what that means for the pair’s multi-million Netflix deal.
Here’s more on Harry’s latest documentary, and the awkward moment a body language noticed from Meghan in the duke’s show.

Prince Harry is poised to become even more involved in the Invictus Games. A commentator says the Duke of Sussex, despite having lived in California since 2020, must find a way to get “comfortable” in his post-working royal existence. And the games, which began in 2014, will likely be his answer.

Emma Thompson holds a distinct Oscars record. She is the only person in the history of the Academy Awards to win for both acting and writing. She took home the Best Actress trophy in 1993 for “Howard’s End.” Three years later, she collected an Oscar bookend with her Best Adapted Screenplay win for bringing Jane Austen‘s 1811 novel “Sense and Sensibility” to the screen.
Prior to Thompson’s double wins, several others contended for both acting and writing. Orson Welles won Best Original Screenplay in 1942 with Herman J. Last awards season, “Everything Everywhere All at Once” won almost everything at the 29th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Its four victories were for actress Michelle Yeoh, supporting actress Jamie Lee Curtis, supporting actor Ke Huy Quan and best ensemble cast. While the scope of the sweep surprised many, the film’s triumph in the top category was widely expected.
This year, it doesn’t appear likely that any film will match the unprecedented SAG Awards feat achieved by “Everything.” However, I do think that current Gold Derby frontrunner “Oppenheimer” will maintain its lead, and ultimately will win the guild’s prestigious best ensemble prize. Here are five reasons why.
1. It boasts a cast filled with heavyweights.
In addition to the title role portrayed by Cillian Murphy, “Oppenheimer” features a roster of highly respected industry talent. That includes previous SAG Award champions Robert Downey Jr. (TV’s “Ally McBeal”), Emily Blunt...

It’s easy to take the underrated Matt Damon for granted. For one thing, he looks like he could be the assistant manager of your local Ralphs. He’s neither particularly handsome nor bad looking. He also has a habit, in life and on screen, of rarely calling attention to himself. So it’s easy to miss him. You know he’s there, you know he’s good, but you’re still not necessarily going to single him out for a rave. Why? Because he’s perhaps even more of an everyman than the guy we’ve come to attach to the term, Tom Hanks. Yes, all Damon does is put his head down and turn in sterling work. Every. Single. Time.
Typically, few people are talking about Damon being a serious Oscar contender in 2024. But he’s got a decent shot all the same – two of them, in fact.

Oscar winner Matt Damon has been one of Hollywood’s most reliable leading men for over two decades. But how many of his titles remain classics? Let’s take a look back at 23 of his greatest films, ranked worst to best.
Though Damon and his childhood friend Ben Affleck became famous by writing their own ticket to fame and fortune with “Good Will Hunting” (1997), the pair had been acting for years before that film became an art house hit, even appearing together in “School Ties” (1992). But it was by returning to their native Boston to tell the inspirational story about a secret math genius (Damon) that put them on the map, winning them an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay and bringing Damon his first Best Actor nomination.

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet don’t need a time machine to learn how their lives might’ve been different as royals. A commentator says all they have to do is attend the Invictus Games with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. That way, they’d get a sense of what their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, experienced as working royals. Plus, they’d see what life would’ve been like had the family not relocated to California.

The Invictus Games are a chance for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to start fresh. Reportedly “done with their former lives,” the international sporting event is, per an expert, a chance for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to move forward sans any comments about the royal family.

After a steady drip of headline-making interviews about leaving royal life, from the 2021 Oprah sitdown to 2022’s Harry & Meghan and 2023’s Spare, it seems the couple aren’t going to make it a habit of rehashing their royal exit and rift with the royal family going forward.
A source close to the couple told The Telegraph Harry and Meghan are “done” with the rest of the royal family. “They are done with their former lives,” the source said. “They’re not talking about family.

In one of their first black-tie events since stepping away from life as working royals in 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Salute to Freedom Gala. Jeremy Clarkson has rejected Prince Harry’s claims that the UK media provides insufficient support or interest in the country’s military veterans.
Clarkson, who has been a longtime supporter of Help For Heroes, used his column in this Saturday’s Sun newspaper to praise Harry for his founding of the Invictus Games – which take place in Dusseldorf, Germany this week – but to take issue with Harry’s claims that the UK media doesn’t care about injured personnel.
Clarkson wrote about the late Bryn Parry, who founded Help for Heroes, and whose cause was taken up by The Sun with an awards night called The Millies, attended by Harry.
Clarkson said: “I’m amazed Prince Harry doesn’t remember this because I distinctly recall, one year, sneaking backstage with him before the evening began for a crafty fag [cigarette].”

Recent history suggests significant tension between the royal family and Meghan Markle. As Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan shook everything up for the British royals. And the tension continues with Harry’s new Netflix docuseries, Heart of Invictus. The documentary doesn’t feature much of Meghan. But a body language expert observed how Harry appears “very, very nervous” before attending significant events with Meghan by his side.
Body language expert Judi James said Prince Harry appears ‘very, very nervous’ at events with Meghan Markle
Prince Harry’s Netflix docuseries, Heart of Invictus, gives royal family followers a deeper look into the Invictus Games. Harry created the Invictus Games in 2014 to help injured, wounded, and sick servicemen and women. And the multisport event still takes place in 2023. While Meghan Markle doesn’t often appear in Heart of Invictus, she’s seen giving a moving speech during the Invictus Games in the Netherlands.

It starts with Harry addressing the crowd at the opening ceremony of The Games in 2022. “It is here at Invictus Games that you realize whatever you carry was the springboard that propelled you to the next level,” Harry said. “The Games doesn’t focus on what causes the injury.

Morgan Freeman once quoted the nautical saying “long foretold, long last; short notice, soon past” to describe his acting career. He meant that it took him along time to achieve success in the acting profession but he hoped his long struggle would mean his career would last and not prove to be just a flash in the pan. His career has lasted and Freeman has had a nearly 30-year film career in major movies.
Freeman’s career started on the New York stage in the musical theater when he took over the role of Rudy the Maître d’ of the restaurant where the famous title number is performed. He was part of the groundbreaking moment when Pearl Bailey led an all-black cast into the production which had been running for years with white performers.
In the 1970s Freeman appeared for seven years and 680 episodes of the children’s television series “The Electric Company.

Morgan Freeman, a legend in Hollywood in more ways than one, is opening up about how he found his place as an actor in the middle of the civil rights movement and why it’s an “insult” for Black history to be just one month every year.
During an interview with The Sunday Times, published online Saturday, the Now You See Me actor said while he credits his career to courage and luck, he also credits changes in America.
“When I was growing up there was no ‘me’ in the movies,” he said. “If there was a Black man in a movie he was funny. Until Sidney Poitier came and gave young people like me the idea that, ‘Ok, yes, I can do that.’”

Well, he hadn’t gone very far, of course, but A Good Person feels like a return of sorts, a re-emergence of a filmmaker who has struggled to get his films off the ground for a cavalcade of reasons. 2004’s Garden State, his debut feature which wowed audiences both at Sundance and then in cinemas, earning him a Grammy win for its sensational soundtrack. Then, not much.
Not for the want of trying, mind you, with countless directorial opportunities falling, followed by his eventual exploration and success with Kickstarter and the film born from it, 2014’s Wish I Was Here, which had a mixed reception, and taking on a studio comedy with Going In Style in 2017. More recently, he’s found a home directing episodes of series such as Ted Lasso and Shrinking but,...
