- A man and a woman embrace for a few seconds. A female voice off-screen tells a woman that she is pregnant, but the woman denies it (she does not look pregnant).
- A woman wears a scoop neck slip with thin straps (we see bare shoulders and cleavage). A woman wears a V-neck top that reveals cleavage.

- In one scene, ten security officers and hospital staff are injured with physical violence (punching, choking), by being tased, or by being shot. Blood is clearly seen on a wall at one point. The rest of the scene is completely bloodless through. The fate of these guards is unknown
- One scene shows a picture of dead body which is caused by suicide. The picture shows a man lying face down in a pool of blood.
- A man is shot to death with a least six gunshots to his upper body. Not too graphic.
- A man is beaten up by another man and falls to the ground unconscious. His face is bruised and blooded during the fight. In the same scene, a young teenage girl is dramatically in the same fight, where she receives punches to her face and she is dragged across the floor.
- A woman stabs a man several times using a fountain pen. In the same scene she uses the same fountain pen to slit her wrists in a suicide attempt. Brief and not that explicit.

- The film is suspenseful and there are numerous intense encounters throughout the whole plot. Its horror atmosphere is increased due to disturbing themes surrounding domestic violence.
- Hints at sexual abuse to the main character, the whole story is about how a victim overcomes her fear, and battles her abuser.

- Towards the end, a man's throat is slit. Lots of blood is seen pouring from his neck, semi - graphic.
- A scene where two characters are sat at a dinner table talking. The invisible man sneaks behind and slits the main character's sisters' throat. Blood pools down her neck as she falls flat onto the table. Quite graphic and unexpected.
