Dipankar dipan is the best commercial director of bangladesh rn.. everything blended very well.. cinematography, screenplay, bgm, acting, story buildup.. so far it is one of the best action thriller movie of bd.. OS team must have done something wrong with their promotional strategy cause this movie deserve way more response than it is getting.. I watched this film with my mother and sister both liked it.. it just shows this film is a family freindly film.. there is not much of a flaws in the film.. just the song of faria and siam was unnecessary.. but everyone acted so well.. specially roshan..I didn't he'll acted that well.. and darahana banik is so cute.. taskin is being typecasted.. its becoming like a spoiler.. whenever there is taskin it has to be he is the main villain.. however they try to tricked us.. everyone can guess he'll be the main villain.. manoj siam nusrat riaz everyone did good.

This movie was good. All the actor and actress were doing their best . The story was so interesting. There was no boring scene. I enjoyed full time. The story is based on our Bangladesh RAB's life's, duties and their dedications. They work for our country and our safety's. The movie told this. There was no main role. It teach us to believe in team work. Siam Ahmed is doing his best. Darshana and Nusrat faria's acting is too good. The pirate gang is so big. Every pirate has a linked up. Finding the godfather is very mystery and interesting. Thanks to Mr. Dipankar sir and "Operation Sundarban" team for giving us a great movie. This type of movie can change our film industry.

I had a high expectation from Dipankar Dipon after watching Dhaka Attack. Mr. Dipon did not disappoint, and delivered spectacularly with Operation Sundarbans.
THE GOOD THINGS:

Verdict:
I haven't heard that much buzz about this one after its release. This tells me this movie is underrated, because, this is a beautifully shot and well-directed movie with a decent story. I will recommend everybody to watch this. Mr. Dipon made sure that his audiences would be entertained. I am already looking forward to his next project.
THE GOOD THINGS:
- Cinematography was wonderful. It was world class in many scenes. There are some shots which were pure pleasure for the eyes.
- Acting was good. I wouldn't say it was top notch, but the actors did a pretty good job.
- Direction was very good except for a couple of scenes. The fight sequences were good too.
- Editing and color correction was standard. The CGI scenes were done expertly. No complain there.
What could be better?
- Story and the screenplay. It was a linear story. The antagonists can be identified way before the movie ends, so the twists don't really work in most cases.
- Dialogues have a lot of room for improvement. Except for "You are very kind. Love is blind." That line was hilarious.
- Some of the characters were given the time to develop, but then were left abruptly in the 3rd act. It was confusing, as they had almost no impact on the whole story. This also means, this movie could have been shortened by 15-25 minutes without compromising the story.
- The songs were beautiful, no doubt. Still, the romantic ones were unnecessary. Especially, Siyam and Faria's song. It was shot and color graded amazingly, though.
Verdict:

Siam Acting in this one seem to Have improved..I liked that..Other characters are Also Pretty much have OK Acting but tahsin Was the best in This one...His Acting was so Good..he deserved more scree time..But unfortunately he didn't get that much..
In the end its not a Fully Amzaing Action movies but compare to others Bd Action movies its honestly way better..

Directed by Dipankar Dipon with sparkling visuals, Operation Sundarban is an enjoyable movie. The audience can easily relate to the story. Many were skeptical about the outcome of the movie due to the success of a special force and they're being the producers. But this is not a documentary on the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), but a full movie. It was a challenge for the director to present such an issue-based story in the form of a movie, which he has managed to fulfill. Despite the huge canvas and dense cast of characters, the story is easily predictable. 'Operation Sundarban' could not keep that much secret. A little more care was needed in the character building of the movie. None of the characters, especially the victims, get any sympathy. Which is the weak point of the film. Siam Ahmed has done well in terms of range and character in the story. But according to the character, almost everyone acted well. Nusraat Faria's character may seem unnecessary in this case. Three songs of 'Operation Sundarban' were released before the release. As a result, there was an idea about the songs. Loved the combination of beautiful location and imagery. Movies were dominated by action scenes or gunfights. Which can get annoying at times. But the technical side is the life of this movie. From the cineverall 'Operation Sundarban' is an enjoyable film with a simple story. This film can add something new to the current wave of Bengali cinema.

Operation sundarban is Really a superb- action-thriller film- specially on the context of Bangladesh. Intelligent plot, the overall execution and cinematography is also brilliant, music is heart-touching and catchy to ear.
Yet- it's a marvelous film- in the second half you have to feel the real thrill

Dont know why the movie is being hyped but it is not worth your time. The story is being forced to take 2.30 Hours but the story is only for 20 Mins. Besides the placement of song is horrible. When the script/ Story demads a suspensful situation the placement of song makes the scene dull. This is very very disgusting. Only Manoj kumar pramanik made a impactful acting which scratches your mind otherwise other actors dont create that impression. Siam,Faria,Riaz really disgusted by their acting. For adult persons i will not recomend this movie but if you have children you can visit the hall, they will bedelighted to see the tiger on big screen.

Sundarban has been portrayed in the most beautiful way in this film. All the actors did great in their part except for the female lead role who overacted and her dress up was irrelevant at some points !! Stroytelling was a bit fast, but in the end all the characters came into play which a good thing a mega action movie. VFXs were on point, drone shots and action shots were top notch. No doubt the director and the cinematographer put on a lot of effort to make this a mega one. You will miss the dolby sound and action if you watch in TVs. A must go and watch in cinema movie, highly recommeded !!

Dipankar Dipon is a really good director. He always come up to great expriments in this industy. This time he again made a action movie like Dhaka attack. Tbh i thought it wont be good from what i saw in trailer but the movie was alot better and the movie was really a enjoyble ride. Coming with the story- I liked how much this one is similar to the reall incidents but some important roles got less screenplay but okay. For acting-Siam ahmed dialouge deliveries was terrible but expect that con. I think everyone did a decent job. Especially Roshan did a amazing job at what he was. The songs are the most unwanted thing for me in the movie. The VFX and CGI-Compare to other Bangladeshi movie, Its better but not good. However i still give credits for the team of visual effects working on it while covid. In the end Operation Sundarbans is a good and fun ride movie. Any one who prefers fun will found joy in it.

This movie was an incredible experience. The cinematography was impeccable. Every visual moment was magical. The cast clearly put their all into their performances, and they shined. Their script clearly supported this endeavor.

Fast cut action thriller
Bangladesh's first wildlife action thriller. The trailer and official poster made me dubious but the main film delivers good output. It's not another Dhaka Attack but better than most other action thrillers we generally watch.
Positives :
Taking the challenge of making a film in Sundarbans and successfully executing it. The Sundarbans was beautifully depicted and the whole plot revolved around there.
Color grading and sound looked much improved than in trailer. Background score complemented the actions. Cinematography was good.
Screenplay is fast and there is no scope of getting bored. Actions were fast cut and held the momentum of the film.
Every characters were written well and had a purpose in the story. Manoj, Raisul Asad were standout performers. Siam, Roshan, Faria, Darshana played their part. Comic relief by Dipu Imam was really good.
Songs were beautiful and unnecessary romance that hinders screenplay wasn't shown.

I usually watch very few Bengali movies. 'Operation Sundarban' was my second Bengali movie that I enjoyed in the cinema hall.
Let's start with the good points first.
The story of the movie was amazing. 3-4 people's stories were shown together, this was the best and had many twists. First Ghazal then Mana. There was a twist after wearing.
Naming the main character of the movie Sayem Sadat to keep the existence of 'Sayem Sadat' in the film industry impressed me the most, to think differently.
The work, strength and intelligence of Bangladesh RAB is very well portrayed throughout the movie.

Although the story of 3-4 people was shown together, the story did not end. I was sitting in the audience waiting to see the end of the story. I was hoping that in a movie about the Sundarbans, I would get a lot of regional imagery of the Sundarbans. But I didn't get it that way. And lastly, the action scenes would have been nicer if they were stronger but there is a huge improvement to be seen. Which is good news.
It is much more difficult to get around than it is shown in the movies. It was very difficult to make a movie in such a place. The full team has passed a long time with many difficulties. It is important for them to stand by the cinema for this dedication.

This movie just showed the real scenario of Sundarbans Pirates,though all of the pirates have surrendered a few years ago which has turned sundarbans pirates free. Siam has played an important role and all of the cast member acted amazingly. It has so many thriller scene. Thanks to bangladesh rab for making Sundarban pirates free. This movie has so many twist. I went to see the movie Operation Sundarbans only for two reasons, Ziaul Roshan brother and Dipankar Dipon. Roshan really cracked me up. I felt that the others who were there were also very good. Siam Manj Taskin and Riaz Bhai and others who were negative. The only negative thing is Nusrat Faria. What I like the most is the play that the director has shown with the villain

Operation sundarban is an action thriller film directed by Dipankar Dipon. Siam Ahmed,Roshan are the main lead of the film. The film showcases a story of a deadly mafia who traps people who come in Sundarban and asks their family for money. If they dont give money they will be killed. To rescue a team is formed to catch this network. Despite their sereval tries they cant catch them but there's a twist. To find out more go watch it in theatre. It is a good film but, its very long and unnecessarily added love story and songs make it long and a lot of plot twists at the end of the movie. But still, you should watch it its a good film.

An excellent portray of pirates of Sundarban. The camera work was amazing at many scenes and some were decent but overall it was enjoyable. Action scenes were better than any other Bengali films. It's my first Bengali film after years and I throughly enjoyed the movie.
However the dialogue delivery of Riaz looked like forceful and unrealistic as if he is acting in some street stage and had to scream out his dialogues lol. Literally cringe acting, while he is surely a good actor, specially in those days when he was acting for Humayun Ahmed's film or dramas.
Another cringe throughout the movie was Nusrat Faria and her makeup. Her acting was on per and with less expectations, she was just as good as she could get but her unnecessary and disgusting makeup was definitely a cringe. How come she doesn't think that middle of jungle while you are attacked by pirates and you are stymied; you don't look for makeup rather you run for your life. Such stupidity of these people let these good movies ruin. Surely Nusrat Faria was the Biggest cringe of this movie.
Should appreciate all other actors. I wish Rawnak Hasan had more screen time. Such a great actor he is! Ziaul was amazing, Siam, Raisul Azam, Manoj and all others did such an amazing work.

A movie with all teste, this movie is a complete package for suspense with RAB action operation fighting complex scene, then romantic 3 couple relation, then the most part is the forest. People those who likes forest like me are must to watch the cinema. What is not present in the movie? World heritage Sundarbans, long and tall forest, royal Bengal tiger and river. All scenario comes with green field. Not to miss about the VFX. I personally surprised with the VFX quality in a Bengali movie. Really VFX was top notch. And sound quality was Well adequate that matches every scene. After all I feel this movie worth my time and expectation.

One of the best movies of Bangladesh. There was a lack of publicity. If it had been properly advertised, it would have been more than 50 crores at the box office. Properly promoted and re-released in Bengali, English, Spanish, Mandaria, Hindi. I believe, if this movie had been promoted properly, it could have rivaled the movie "Amazon Abhiyan". Bangladesh had the highest earnings in this movie . People of Bangladesh used to come back to Bengali movies again. I did not feel bored even for 1 minute after watching the movie.
