- In a radio broadcast in one level, a visionary reveals that he had "pleasure time" with a person's sister.

- At a party in the later game, guests present their ideas to a crowd and can be dropped into a meat grinder if the crowd is not satisfied.
- The plot of the game revolves around killing specific targets in one day, so in order to beat the game, you must kill people.
- In the opening cutscene for the game, Colt is implied to be stabbed in the chest by Juliana, a lot of blood is shown
- In one level, a character reveals over a radio that he cut somebody's throat with a cafeteria knife while in prison.

- At Alexis's party towards the end of the game, it is implied that alcohol is served, with the manor containing a brewery underneath it.
- To kill one of the visionaries, you can cut off his supply of chocolate beer, which causes him to get mad and investigate.
- One of the visionaries is implied to be high throughout most of the game.

- Around the start of the game, colt falls off a cliff and dies.
