Excellent!!

Warning: Spoilers
In this new installment of Lifetimes the "wrong' series all starring Vivica A Fox centers on a cunning femme fatale played cleverly by Ashlynn Yennie. You know from the very first few seconds of the film that she is up to no good and is hellbent on seeking revenge on a young woman (Jessica Morris) and her family (Dee Wallace, Scott). She deceptively gets hired on as her new assistant and quickly starts to wreak havoc on her life including committing a few murders. Basically the only thing that saves this one, is how believable Ashlynn Yennie plays the psychopathic temptress. Very good tv thriller and also features Dominique Swain and Eric Roberts.

Beyond Bad
The acting in this was pathetic. Even Vivica A Fox was bad. The wardrobe choices made for people in business were laughable. This was as predictable as a heck. Even if you are in forced isolation right now, you would be better off staring at the walls than watching this movie. Lifetime/LMN movies are very good at one thing: Making woman look stupid and helpless. They don't catch on until it's too late. Their friends have been killed off. Go for a walk. Take up a new hobby. Learn to cook something new. Just avoid watching this movie.

Brutally Icky Movie

I don't know how to begin. Every character is so disingenuous. Then the mother makes this horrible post pregnancy left handed insult to her daughter as she stands right next to the little girl.

This film is a disgrace to the industry. Anyone associated with this trash ought to be ashamed.

Not a Good movie

Though the dialogues are quite funny in parts but it put a lot of stress on the mind of the viewer especially the psychopathic temptress scenes played by Ashlynn Yennie. Followed by a lot of murders and they have plotted women as quite helpless. Not a good movie during this isolation time.

"I Have a Good Feeling About Her"
lavatch5 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Melanie is a successful ad agency executive and a loving wife to Alex and a caring mother to little Tina. But Melanie is also a trusting soul who believes in the inherent goodness in human nature. She comes into conflict with a personal assistant with a contrary world view as a firm believer in "Darwinism." "The Wrong Mommy" is the clash of those two human souls with different vantage points on life.

The drama unfolds with Melanie's hiring of Phoebe Sutton, who has a magnetic personality and an enthusiasm that seems infectious. But appearances are deceiving when Phoebe begins to angle for Melanie's job and even her role as Alex's wife and Tina's mother. Driven by a deep-seated neurosis, it is Phoebe who is "the wrong mommy."

The backstory of the lives of Melanie and Phoebe includes both girls having lost a parent. But their lives took completely different directions. The screenplay was effective in bringing things to a head and revealing how the two characters were more closely tied genetically than we ever would have expected.

There were some loose ends in the film, including what happened to poor Jason, Melanie's co-worker who was stabbed in his apartment by Phoebe. Did Jason survive? Also, it was not make clear why Carol Graham, the mother of both Melanie and Phoebe (Lisa), would not have intervened after the deaths of the grandparents, which was the pivotal moment when Lisa was sent into the brutal living conditions of depraved foster parents.

When Melanie first meets Phoebe, she says, "I have a good feeling about her." But she failed check her background and allowed Phoebe to worm her way deep into her personal and professional life. She could have taken away greater life lessons from her encounter with a step-sister who lived in a different world. On multiple occasions, Phoebe reminds Melanie about how fortunate she is and how grateful she should be to have such a wonderful life. It is not clear if that message ever completely registered.

Like the cast and funny too.

There have been a few tacky wrong this and that movies. They finally seem to have got it right here. The cast here is right. Ashlynn Yennie reminds of a young Lara Flynn Boyle. She plays the wacko assistant who works for recently promoted executives played by the pretty Jessica Morris. It's quite tongue in cheek funny in parts and not too outlandish. Fun watch.

fun, exciting, challenging, realistic, confronting

This is one of better lifetime movies. Like many, it is very real, mentioning all common stuff we hear in real life today like iphone, parole officer, and various job terms. There is no boring parts, although not all are that exciting. The best part is arguing, confrontation, and possible outcomes such as being fired, arrested, or in fight. Good enough. Funny to see what somebody has to say during arguing, and all the possible outcomes. Also funny how looks, job positions, and names can be deceiving. Also liked the cyber forensics part which is not fake at all, but simply teaches us about searching internet by images, and reminds me about all those csi movies and series... Also main actor of Stalked by My Doctor sequels is funny just like in that movies.
