- A man wakes up in a trap that has his tongue placed in a clamp; his hands are also tied behind his back with razor wire. He is told that, if he wants to survive, he must tear his tongue from his mouth. After the message ends, he tries to escape. He frees his hands; blood is shown. He is unable to tear his tongue out in time; a train hits him. Blood sprays the train's window; his tongue is also seen, hanging from the clamp.
- A woman is placed in a trap where she must sever her spinal cord in order to avoid being suffocated by boiling hot wax. She successfully severs her spinal cord; however, this does not stop the wax. A man enters the room, hoping to save her, but he is too late. He tears off the cloth covering her face; parts of her skin are torn off when he does this.
- A man is restrained in chains and suspended in the air. He is eventually dropped and blood smears his face. As a door is broken into, his arms, along with a gun strapped to his right arm, are yanked marionette-style, causing him to raise his right arm. A SWAT team thinks that he is going to shoot them so they shoot him multiple times, killing him.
