- A man is suddenly stabbed in the chest with an axe, when it's pulled out he falls backwards and his head strikes a television screen, electrocuting him. The bloody wound is shown in detail as the protagonist imagines a face and mouth in the hole talking to her before repeatedly stabbing him with splattering blood.
- A man is pushed and the sound of something stabbing is heard off-screen; he is seen with a golden statue sticking out of his mouth, having stabbed into the back of his head. No wound is shown but lots of blood is shown spewing from his mouth as he chokes and dies.
- A woman decapitates a man with an axe, blood is shown spurting from his neck stump but this is brief as the camera quickly cuts away.
