An austere and intimate portrait of a neighborhood community. The main protagonists are 35-year-old Krzysztof and his wife Ida. Krzysztof inherited a tenement house in Zlota Street in the heart of Warsaw from his Jewish ancestors. The realty has been restored to the descendants of its lawful owners during the re-privatization process. Krzysztof manages it with his wife Ida. Their story intermingles with the stories of their multi-cultural neighbors, such as 94-year-old retired accountant, an Afghani man with a Ukrainian wife or a refugee from Syria. "Zlota Street" is a story about looking for your own place in the world and a painful relationship study.
