Such a disaster from the Yograj bhat and Ganesh combo . Our own expectation killed us while watching the movie. Movie is not having unique songs or a gripping story line in the film . Many of them enjoyed the movie but I really don't feel the movie as Gaalipatta 1 .

The start of the fil.is full of mess and without proper introduction. Later fil grips that too after interval. Masala is same three friends try to get find a girl. And in first half there is no logic on how they run behind the grils. Film is made to entertain without any logic at the start and movie entertains. Ganesh makes everyone laughs like real life Kapil Sharma. Digant and Pavan don't disappoint. Ananatnag is best in acting and three heroines are just bimbos in film and they have done well as a bimbo. Rangayana Raghu shows his worth in film as previous. None of the songs impress and not so great lyrics.
Story telling in film is not so nice it feels like is this yograj bhats film?. After interval only the film grips in story. Overall movie is enetertainer but not in level of first film. Because Ganesh will bore people after few days.

A huge fan of Ganesh's comedy timing, I watched this movie at the theatre. The director - Yograj bhat has always been a director with weak scripts but the movies were somehow manageable to watch. But this one is the least watchable film. I can't explain you the story of the movie cos there isn't one. His selection of actresses for the movie is absolutely baseless. None of them have experience in acting. The romantic songs appear out of nowhere. All the 3 couples meet at some foreign location without any storyline. The humour are just lifted from his previous movies and doesn't fit into this. Director Yograj bhat should stop writing dialogues. Ganesh's acting is the only good thing about this movie. The movie is overall a waste of your time and money. You can easily skip this movie.

Neither there's a Story nor Logic in the movie. It was purely a torture except few dialogues and one song. Stop supporting Kannada movies out of courtesy, else they will never make a good movie.
KFI should learn to make nice movies like Lucia, Mata, Ulidavaru kandante etc... It's worth going back and watching 80's or 90's movies rather than these.

Epic tale of friendship, love and parenthood. Sometimes it's not about elevations but emotions and this movie brings that aura. Ganesh and diganth pair amazing combo for fully entertaining show. Ananthnag sir as best as he's. Screenplay and locations are superb .

This is totally a madlad movie and not at all like the first to Gaalipata movie. So many unnecessary songs. And too much of half baked scenes. They are busy making the actress look hot instead of retaining the charm of original Gaalipata.

If we talk about this film amazing movie loved it totally here the almost theater was housefull and beside laal singh chaddha shows getting cancelled due to lack of audience

KFI seemed to be making good movies like old times and then now there is Gaalipata 2. Did the director and actors watch the movie once done and approve it. Film starts with stupid scenes and the songs are placed so illogicaly and too many. I think even short films are made better than this. Original Gaalipata had good part for heroines too but this movie they just want three random females than actresses. Only time we could laugh in this movie is when Rangayana Raghu enters. Rest is non sensical dialogues in the name of comedy where u can't even smile. There is no power in the story nor is executed well. The scenes are also so illogicaly connected. Waste of time. Stop serving cringe in the name of comedy and wasting talents. A big thumbs down to Yograj Bhat for this movie.

Watching it in theater. Can it get any more disgusting?? This is the most horrible film I have seen so far. No link between scenes and no story whatsoever. Film is filled with cheap jokes and scenes that don't even qualify to be called comedy. Avoid it at all costs!!

It's infuriating that amazing talent like Anant Nag sir has been misused in this torturous movie. Terrible screenplay and plot. Glorifies harassing/stalking/touching a girl against her consent in order to win her. Only saving grace is visuals. If you feel guilty about something watch this movie to punish yourself.

Such a shame that they have named this movie "Gaalipata 2" when it is nowhere close to the original classic film "Gaalipata". There is no story, misplaced song sequences forcibly try to push time but cannot make up for an absent plot. Yogaraj Bhat must stop doing reality shows and work more on story and screenplay if he wants to direct movies.

No story, hopeless direction & worst casting. There was no chemistry b/w any of the characters and absolutely no sense in the movie.
Yograj bhat had directed good movies until now, but this is by far his worst movie. Cheap comedy with too many songs and senseless story from start to finish. I do not understand how he could make Ananth nag look so bad in the movie, it's a real pity to watch such a legendary actor being wasted in this movie.
These 40+ actors of the Indian film industry should come to their senses and pick roles suitable to their age. How can they still be acting as College students with 20+ girls... simply pathetic.

The first half of the movie is all about songs and hero flirting with heroines and breakup.. The second half is uniting the hero's kannada master with his kid and patching up with heroines.
The movie is totally cringe fest, unwanted glamour scenes, very few laughable comedy tracks. The first half is useless and second half is better when compared to first half.. Ganesh one liners are good but its not enough to hold the movie... The director hasn't concentrated on story and screenplay.. rather he has concentrated only on locations.. The whole movie is too filmy, unrealistic and not even 50% close to the original Gallipatta.. Even watching this movie with least expectations wouldn't satisfy you..

One of the best movie where all "One liner" dialogues worked in amazing way. Even after the scenes, I can still clearly hear the crowd laughing. This can bring you out from the mass world created by KGF2, Vikram and Vikrant Rona.. Kudos to the team. Must watch and Ganesh performance is top notch.
We need more movies like this to laugh and this generation ppl badly need this. Felt happy after watching and must watch, if you're in bad mood because this is your medicine.

I had to cleanse my eyes after watching galipata 2. There is literally no storyline, the direction was utter flop and it was evident in the movie. I have no clue who they picked as actresses ( new ones) I feel sad for them because galipata 2 had a lot of expectations and the all the actors would have got credit. My first request to Yograj Bhat please "QUIT" direction... In the name of movies he is serving trash. From past few years Yograj Bhat literally directed worst movies of KFI Parapancha, Dana Kayonu, Vastu Prakara, Panchatantra list goes on. Coming to this movie Gaalipata 2 its a senseless movie with no proper screenplay, storyline they just tried to showcase Yograj Bhat madness his irrelevant dailogues, songs with irritating lyrics. Yograj Bhat wants to mix satire with a sarcasm on everything what he does but it irritates at one point of time & Gaalipata 2 has crossed that limit (Panchatantra was another worst example) Every 10 mins you can see a song here which has no relevance with the story... most illogical, unrealistic story lineup with meaningless comedy. Hero character gropes, stalks, misbehaves with heroine but its shown as love chemistry between them. My god Pawan Kumar how did he accepted the character? He has shown as a lover boy In romantic songs, acting, dancing his expression looks so dumb 😂 Diganth was OK... Ganesh & Anantnag were good at their acting but again when he see them in Yograj Bhat movies it feels nothing has changed same Mungarumale style of movie making, rain, clouds, mountain. From cinematography, framework, editing, narration, dailogues everything is same... You actually get confused am I watching a regular Yograj Bhat movie of 10yrs back or new movie of 2022.
