It's implied two characters have sex. Nothing is seen except clothes all over.

In another scene, 2 different characters have vigorous sex. We see the woman's breasts on full display, a brief shot or two of her pubic area. The scene is relatively brief.

Frequent violence but not very strong, Injury detail is limited. Some instances of wounds shown and throat slicing but it's all very limited and brief.

Several people get shot, including one headshot. Most bullet wounds seen are big and gory.

Other instances of violence include a man getting stabbed in the throat (lots of bloodshed), quick shots of guys getting stabbed in the eye and in the hand, a quick throat slitting, and a few scenes of people getting punched, kicked, etc.

Somewhat strong, with several uses of the f-word and "motherf**ker", as well as some lighter language thrown here and there.

One of the film's main themes is that the main character is an alcoholic.

A few intense moments throughout, especially in the bloody graveyard shootout at the end, which also includes a little girl being put into peril.
