- A young boy is experimented on and is hooked up to various tubes all over his body including one tube attached to his penis. He is seen bleeding and urinating, and some of his internal organs are shown.
- On separate occasions, two girls climb a staircase that causes them to hallucinate. The end up breaking their teeth from clenching their jaws, self mutilate, and bleed in various places.
- A man is attacked while wearing armor. It culminates with his flesh and internal organs oozing out of the armor, and his crushed head is seen.
- A young girl has all of her limbs cut off with the severed limbs being shown onscreen in front of her, her skin is showed removed and stretched out, and what remains of her body is forced into a small briefcase. This is the fate of multiple other children as well. The briefcase is seen bleeding out and organs are shown pulsing.

- The main villain cuts all of his adopted daughter's limbs off and puts her head, spine, and organs into a briefcase. The main character breaks down sobbing after finding it.
