- The main character is attacked by a creature that poisons her. She is taken to a higher level, where she begins bleeding everywhere from her body. Her hand swells up to an enormous size, and her arm is broken to stop the blood flow. Another character begins to cut her arm off but is stopped before they finish it.
- Two children are forced into an elevator where their ascension will curse and deform one of them. The one receiving the curse is seen graphically melting and bleeding, before becoming a fleshy blob-like creature.
- A creature that used to be human is experimented and tested on by very violent means, and is implied to be in an extreme amount of pain, although unable to show emotion. She is seen bleeding and torm apart multiple times, and loses an eye to the experiments.
- A character assists in experimenting on humans, consisting of cutting them open and using their body parts for various means.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Young children are used for experiments that almost kill them and most are turned into deformed creatures that barely resemble humans.
- A character begs a child to kill their friend, who is trapped in a deformed, immortal body that cannot die or show emotion. The death scene is extremely emotional, the friend is laid on a bed surrounded by flowers and stuffed animals. Before she is killed, the first character breaks down crying and begs her for forgiveness. The movie implies they had a change of heart, but then friend is killed shortly after by the child shooting her with a fiery inferno. Both of the surviving characters break down sobbing.
