Sex & Nudity

  • A character is seen holding a condom with semen visible inside at a school trip.

  • Season 3 contains more language than previous seasons with a few uses of '"bitch" and "fuck" throughout the episodes.
  • Frequent swearing includes "shit," "hell," "damn," "goddamn." A boy calls a group of girls "unfuckable," and a teen calls her mom a "bitch." Other words that make an appearance: "dick," "boobs," "frigging," "sucked," "suck it." A teen struggling with anxiety is called "crazy."

  • Teens drink at parties, in one scene scheming to provide alcohol for a school group. At a party, Devi drinks to the point of drunkenness and winds up injured after making a fool of herself. In one scene, Devi urges her therapist to prescribe her drugs like Paxil and Klonopin. A few characters mention weed.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Paxton gets hit by a car dramatically.
  • Several characters make risky decisions as they sneak out of their house to go to some sketchy area and to get a tattoo with no permission illegally.
  • A character in season 2 deals with an eating disorder. Much discussion and rumors surround this topic.
