In one episode, a women in seen bent over naked while another character sniffs her in order to capture her scent; however, this is shown only from the side so the breast and genitalia are not visible.

An adult male is attracted to a teenager girl and his friends joke about how he will "screw anything with a hole in it."

A female character reads/watches yaoi (which is boy on boy in Japanese), though nothing explicit is shown or talked about.

A female character is seen naked from the shoulders down in a few episodes (this is mainly seen in the OVA's).

Some flirting and sexual comments are made, but most are done in the form of comedy.

Fairly serious gore, intermittently seen

Some characters curses, not so frequently.

Occasionally characters are seen smoking and drinking.

The scenes involving violent acts by contractors are fairly intense and may be regarded as frightening by persons not accustomed to anime violence. Mostly of these scenes are not intended to frighten, it's just part of the action of the series.
