I'm not so sure that granting Shirley's request was within the purview of a judge at this level. The law would be followed because there was no need for dramatic efforts. As said in privacy, the Nantucket nuclear weapon was just a publicity stunt. And Jerry's case---well the guy comes out smelling like a rose. So here's the question. What attracted her?

Why? Why do they keep having stories with Jerry's problem?

Firstly I think this series is hilarious. I haven't laughed so hard on a series.
But WHY, WHY do they keep having these stories with Jerry getting in trouble? It's getting old!
I love the stories with Denny and Alan, they're the focus of the show, and I'm SURE they can come up with stories for others, I'm just getting SO tired of Jerry. They got rid of characters that were lots better, and kept HIM?!?!?
This will be one of those shows I watch just once. I end up skipping the parts with Jerry and whomever else is annoying in the show. The smarmy opposing council for one.
Also, how do they always win? Who's paying these clowns anyways?
