Errors in geography
There is no zoo in Burlington, Vermont.
When Vicki is talking to Dan in Grand Central Station the same commuter walks by behind her twice in the same direction.
In an early scene, workers put large, complicated child protection locks on the cabinets in Charlie's kitchen. Later, the locks are gone.
(at around 1h 01 mins) When Vicki was calling from the jail, there was a sign "telephone calls must not exceed ten minutes" on the wall. A few seconds later, that sign was gone.
While Charlie and Dan are on the jet to Tokyo, Charlie is eating sushi. At one point he picks a piece off his plate and pops it into his mouth. Then, in a wider shot, you can see the same piece of sushi is still on his plate.
When Dan is dropping his golf clubs before they play, they are right handed clubs. But when he plays, he plays lefthanded.
When Charlie and Dan are video-conferencing with their Japanese clients, the camera zooms into the Japanese boss' face when he is delivering his ultimatum. The zoom also appears on the pan-out of the television itself. No teleconferencing system in the world can zoom for dramatic effect.
When Dan is taking the self tanning session we can clearly see that the hair on his chest just grew back, although the tattoo is supposed to be already 7 years old.
When Jenna (Rita Wilson) is injured and taken to a hospital there is a shot of the outside of the hospital. In the background behind the hospital but clearly visible, there are palm trees. This hospital is supposedly in the U.S. northeast. There are no palm trees in that part of the country
so this is most likely a "stock shot."

When Dan talks to Yoshiro and Rihu, you can see a boom microphone at the top of the screen.
