Most of the "experiments" involve naked prisoners of war and teenagers, whom are all exploited and tortured under government policies during World War 2

This is easily one of the cruelest, coldest films ever made, the gore effects are not very realistic, but the way the film was shot and made gives it a very horrible feel to it. Also, the victims are all innocent, beautiful people that never deserved this, this is a very sad film and not fun to watch, especially considering that this actually happened.

We see various pictures of dead bodies from the actual event, all are real and very disturbing, we also see photos and video of dead soldiers.

Various dead bodies are seen in one sequence, all naked, in the process of decomposition. This scene feels very horrifying and bleak, as it should.

A woman has a cockroach sewed into her vagina, and then the doctors cut her skin off to find the cockroach, including peeling the skin off her face completely.

A young man has radiation zapped onto his face for over an hour, his face is completely destroyed in the process, and he is alive to experience all of this.

A young man has white phosphorus dropped onto his face, this creates a horrible reaction resulting in his face exploding.

A young man is forced in a decompression chamber, he is tortured with a slow decrease in pressure, and he then completely explodes once the pressure is rapidly turned up. His intestines, blood vessels, and everything else pop out everywhere, this is very extreme.
