In the summer special at the end of Series 2, in a hospital, a old man tries to kill a younger man by strangling him, but the doctor stop him from killing him. (Played for laughs and no blood is seen)
Nothing that anybody could find very offensive, mainly just slapstick violence played for laughs.

Strong language throughout the whole series, which includes "fuck", "shit". Also they are some rude body parts which is in this programme, such as "vagina", "penis"
In Series 1-3 the occasional use of "fuck" (non-sexual) is uttered. Some milder language aswell such as "shit" "bloody" and "bastard". In the most recent series, there doesn't seem to be any strong language except the occasional use of 'fuck' in Series 10.
