Well heres the honest truth

There are so many words one may use to describe this film. Some of which are: titilizing, stupendous, irresistible and many others, yes i am talking about the big BW. This film is an incredible specimen, i mean honestly the genres of psychological thriller, murder mystery, and the surprising twist plots are combined in such a fantastic manner. This movie is worth WAY more than one dollar! With such complex characters like the mischievous Jaqui, or the troubled Ally how could this movie be anything less than a perfect ten? And I haven't even mentioned Basketweave of course. This character is so dynamic, you know what kind of incredible weaving quotes will flow from his mouth next, but i can tell you whatever it is will be pure cosmic genius. The one wish i have in life is to be able to meet Vance Strickland and have a conversation face to face. Truly a fantastic film!

I'll jump right to the point. Basketweave is the best movie I have ever seen. From the moment the opening credits start, the dramatic theme song pulled me in and didn't let go. This compelling story had me totally hooked. I could not look away. Part horror story, part psychological thriller, part cautionary tale of medical experimentation gone horribly wrong, Basketweave kept me on the edge of my seat for 78 minutes. I teetered on the edge of offended and amused by the enchantingly foul-mouth Nurse Jaqui. I felt both empathy and fury toward the tragic lead of Ally Van Duren and our complex antagonist, Basketweave sent shivers down my spine. Together, their individual stories weave together into a truly stunning piece of cinema.

Worth every penny (all 100 of them!), this movie is indeed like a basket: all the strips of wicker woven together to make a cinematic masterpiece. Or should I say basketpiece? Never before have I understood the potential for baskets to create ultimate horror. (And never has the lipstick you've been wearing this whole time been so sexy.) The twists -- and there are twists, oh yes, more than even an M. Night Shyamalan movie could ever wish for -- are truly unexpected. Every character is memorable, from young Ally to the charmingly foul-mouthed Jaqui to the salacious Dr. Glass to good old Basketweave himself (and yes, that's his 'real name'!). To put it simply: you MUST experience Basketweave. You will never be the same again.
