A plane crashes in the wilderness and the only survivors are Valerie, her diabetic daughter, Claire, and a passenger named Marcus Vegarra. After a harrowing escape from the wrecked plane, Valerie's fiancé, Steve , comes to their rescue - or so they think! After he kills Marcus , they learn he's really there to collect stolen material he stashed in Claire's backpack, and to exterminate anyone who knows about it. And he's not above using Claire's insulin as a deadly lure.
