Idaten Jump

Warning: Spoilers
Well this anime is a lost anime which is very hard to find on the internet unfortunately the English dub by Tokyopop only dubbed 26 episodes and two episodes and some fragments a few episodes were found on lost media. So my review is just based off that. Unfortunately, there were no DVD's released of the series in English and if you want DVD's in Japanese they are a very rare find.

So, the show is about some kids by the name of Sho, Makaoto and Kakeru who are mountain bikers and they enter some dimension where they must race and gain 10 emblems to escape. Then some offer suspects them but later they are proven innocent. They are then on a journey to city X where they must face two brute guards who's voices sound like chessy impressions of Arnold Schwarzenegger to enter the city.

This is based off the first episode and the thirteenth so I have no idea so I have no idea what happens in between or after it.

The animation why is okay (not the best I have seen in an anime), English dub is pretty good in spite of possible censorship and script changes for younger and western audiences. Then again I have not seen it in Japanese or more episodes of the dub so I don't know if it gets better or worse. So, far it is good.

Luckily, though in spite of both the Japanese version and the dub version being lost their is a Hindi dub available. Even though, I have a moderate understand of the language so I would be okay watching, but there are some who would prefer to watch it in their own language or have troubling keeping up with subtitles, and you might struggle unless more English episodes are discovered later of the series.

If I ever get round to watching the rest of the series in Hindi I might do a detailed review and maybe I might even give it higher than a seven.

All in all it is a good anime but it is very hard to find.

A good Anime for kids and younger teenagers

Idaten Jump is one of those Animes I have watched in my childhood. At that time, it was really exiting not only to me but also to some of my friends. It may seem weird but this series inspired me to learn cycling!

Adults and elder teenagers may not like it, but it's a good show for those who are between 10-15.

Warning: Spoilers
Its a good series i had seen till now. Its story is ..... The manga tells the story about a boy named Sho Yamato who loves mountain biking. It was adapted into a 52-episode anime by Aniplex,A toyline was also made by Tomy. The manga was released inAmerica by Tokyopop, with all the sound effects in Japanese only. Sho Yamato enjoys MTB (short for "mountain biking") a whole lot, he's always practiced at the "X-Zone" with his friends, Kakeru and Makoto,on a bike his dad has built called "Flame Kaiser". One day, he was challenged to a race by a MTB team called Shark Tooth and whoever won the race got the X-Zone. For Sho, the X-Zone had always been a place of happy memories. He had spent many days there with his father who had disappeared, so he could not lose the game. During the race with Team Shark Tooth's leader Gabu Samejima, black smoke suddenly covered the ground around them, and they were sent to another world that's also called the X-Zone. When Sho woke up, he found Kakeru, Makoto, and his MTB Flame Kaiser were also there. Of course, they did not know where they were. While they were wondering what had happened, MTB riders came. They challenged Sho to an Idaten battle, a form of MTB race in the X-Zone. They said the only way for Sho to return is by collecting 10 gold emblems by winning Idaten battles. This is how Sho came down to compete in Idaten Battles at various courses, such as ghost towns, volcanoes, ancient ruins, deserts, and snow-topped mountains. Now Sho must Idaten Battle for the sake of returning home. After returning home, Sho returned to X-Zone to find his lost father Takeshi while taking on the mysterious Team X.

Title: Idaten Jump Season 3: A Thrilling Evolution of Adventure and Growth

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Idaten Jump Season 3 takes the exhilarating world of competitive cycling to new heights, delivering another action-packed and emotionally resonant installment that continues to captivate audiences. With its compelling storyline, dynamic character development, and pulse-pounding races, this season expands upon the already impressive foundation of the series, offering fans an exciting evolution of the Idaten Jump universe.

One of the standout aspects of Season 3 is the continued development of our beloved protagonist, Sho Yamato. In this season, Sho faces even greater challenges and undergoes significant growth as he strives to protect his friends, overcome his own limitations, and prove himself on the global stage. The writers have done a commendable job of showcasing Sho's evolving maturity and determination, making him a truly inspiring character to follow. Witnessing his relentless pursuit of excellence and his unwavering loyalty to his friends is a true highlight of this season.

In addition to Sho's journey, Season 3 introduces new characters who add depth and intrigue to the overall narrative. These fresh faces bring their own unique motivations and perspectives, challenging our protagonist and pushing the boundaries of what we thought we knew about the Idaten Jump world. The interactions between the new and existing characters bring a refreshing dynamic to the story, further enriching the overall experience.

Of course, it wouldn't be Idaten Jump without the heart-racing races that have become a hallmark of the series. Season 3 raises the stakes and presents even more intense and intricate race sequences, showcasing the animators' talent for creating thrilling action. From daring jumps to strategic maneuvers, each race is visually stunning and keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. The attention to detail in the animation, combined with the adrenaline-inducing sound design, truly immerses the audience in the high-speed world of competitive cycling.

Alongside the exhilarating races, Season 3 also explores deeper themes of friendship, teamwork, and personal growth. The relationships between the characters are tested, leading to powerful moments of bonding and self-discovery. The show's ability to seamlessly weave these emotional moments into the fast-paced racing narrative is commendable, resulting in a well-rounded and satisfying viewing experience.

Visually, Season 3 maintains the high standards set by its predecessors. The animation remains vibrant and fluid, with attention to detail in both character design and the depiction of the cycling races. The soundtrack continues to impress, with its energetic and emotionally evocative compositions enhancing the intensity and drama of each scene.

While Season 3 keeps audiences thoroughly entertained, it's worth noting that the pacing occasionally feels rushed, especially in the latter episodes. Certain storylines and character arcs could have benefitted from further exploration and development. Nevertheless, the overall quality of the season and its ability to deliver on its promises make it a worthy continuation of the Idaten Jump saga.

In conclusion, Idaten Jump Season 3 successfully builds upon the strengths of the series, offering fans an electrifying continuation of Sho Yamato's journey. With its engaging storyline, well-developed characters, and adrenaline-fueled races, this season is sure to satisfy both longtime fans and newcomers to the Idaten Jump universe. Prepare to be thrilled, inspired, and emotionally invested as you join Sho and his friends on another wild adventure.
