Maggie tells Quentin about the prank pulled by Daniel and Quentin scolds him. Julia tells Maggie she can be closer to Daniel if she buys him a record that he loved which had been broken.
Later Maggie returns from a shopping spree, she has a new record. Amy enters and gives flowers to Maggie in a nice moment. Daniel enters and Maggie turns on the record player. Amy looks shocked and Daniel smiles. Quentin bursts in, angry at the sound of the music.
When Quentin finds out that Julia told Maggie to buy it, he is now angry with her. Julia apologizes to Maggie.
Later Quentin is talking to someone in the drawing room, Maggie looks in and sees Angelique.
