A shop owner drives the locals wild with a sensitive alarm, one of those affected by the noise receives an off the cuff remark from Reg.
It's a good solid episode, it shows just how dangerous a comment can be, you make a remark, a comment, and someone takes it the wrong way quite literally.
If you've ever had to live by someone that makes a lot of noise, or indeed has a dodgy alarm, you can perhaps have a little bit of sympathy for Dunlop, creepy though he was.
The interview was the best scene here, a little surreal, but well played out.
Veda Warwick gave a lovely performance here as Vera Price, what a lovely actress, very sincere. I love how the show would regularly have actors in the twilight years of their careers.
8/10.
