When House complains his pain will be unreasonable, she tells him to move on to his secret stash, which he says a detective took. She says he should move on to his secret secret stash, to which he replies that he has run out. So she tells him to move on to his secret-secret-secret stash. He retrieves some pills from a hole in a book in his office.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- When a girl is overheating during a surgery and there are no cold packs or cold blankets available, Cuddy carries her into the bathroom, and holds her as she sits under the cold water of the shower. They are both still wearing clothing, of course. House comes in and yells at her for a bad decision she had made earlier. A girl nearly has her arm amputated. The surgery is stopped just before the surgeon makes the first incision.
