Meredith is flipping a coin at Joe's to choose between Derek and Finn. Cristina says: Derek should be heads, he is a brain surgeon. I think they definately should have followed up with something about tails, and Finn being a Vet! That one's even better!!! Lol!

Well, this episode is fun! The medical cases are good, and there is a lot of great humor. Burke's Mama steals the show with her personality, and Cristina's behaviour and reaction to her is priceless!

And let's not forget Callie's dancing, and then being busted by the chief, and then them being busted by O'Malley. Legendary!

Last but not least: Hello there Mc. Steamy!!! Please stay!

I hate Addison pretending to be the victim

How can Addison feel so bad for herself and pretend that she is the victim while she was the one sleeping with Derek's best friend which already crippled their marriage?! I hate her character.

Derek blaming himself for ending their marriage when she's the one who broke it in the first place and now again, she invites Mark over? I was laughing so hard at that end scene 😂

Double Dating

This Episode begins with Meredith and Derek, they are flirting with each other in the elevator. Cristina got caught half naked laying on Burke, his parents walked into the room. Cristina meets Jane, she is Burke his mother. Meredith tells Cristina that she will chose for Derek. Meredith kissed with Finn. Meredith changed her mind, she wants to break up with Derek now. Bailey removed the tree out of Harley his body. Addison got drunk at the bar, she found out about Meredith and Derek having sex on the night of the prom. Cristina tells Meredith that Benjamin died. Meredith tells Finn and Derek that she wants to date them both. Bailey tells Izzie that she can rejoin the hospital as a doctor. Derek says to Addison that their marriage is over. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 3, such a great Episode again. Meredith her love life takes a new path!

The whole episode had a lot of excellent moments by others too... Addison wanting to, and getting drunk as she finally accepts that her marriage was over; Cristina's battle of wills with Burke's mother (and just Cristina being... Cristina) ; Burke's father's role wasn't large, but made the most of with delicate subtlety and humour; Izzie cooking up a storm in and of her grief; George finally realizing what he's got and stands to lose; Alex going beyond his selfishness yet still taking advantage of whatever else comes his way; Bailey's realization of how much and just how her interns now need her; and Meredith's lovely lightness of energy when she tells her two suitors that no decision is the right decision... were just a few standouts in this fun episode.

But, Callie dancing alone in her in her underwear in her illegal makeshift lair in the hospital's basement... now that was a thing of delicious innocence, sweetness and beauty -- despite her character's reputation for crassness and raunchiness! Too many movies and TV shows have been throwing in these almost prerequisite and so predictable "dance in their underwear" sequences ever since Cameron Diaz made it fun and happening. But up to now, I don't remember seeing one that captured a fraction of what made Diaz's so memorable to begin with... until now!
