Just started watching this series. The obsession with high school football is way over the top in this show. Lol
An ordinary resident picking on the coach's daughter in a diner, calling out her dad? The coach is calling his student athletes out in the middle of the night in the pouring rain to do sprints? Is a teacher or coach allowed to do that?? I have to say I find some of this really over the top. Can a town be this obsessed with a high school sport that it controls their lives? And it doesn't seem like there's a care in the world about the school's academics.
Anyway, decent episode here which gets emotional towards the end as conflicts arise on and off the field.
