Bravo presents a sneak-peek of the anticipated third season of its docu-series "Work Out," catching up with fitness maverick Jackie Warner as she prepares to tackle her personal relationships and business endeavors with a newfound maturity. The third season introduces the four skilled trainers Warner recently hired at her exclusive Beverly Hills gym Sky Sport & Spa, and her new live-in love.

After a tumultuous second season, "Work Out" is back for a third season featuring the dynamic and beautiful owner of L.A.'s Sky Sport and Spa, Jackie Warner. Jackie amps up her business by hiring four top-notch new trainers, while veterans, Brian Peeler and Rebecca are still trying to stir up drama in their relationships with the Skylab owner.

Jackie takes the girl trainers on a lesbian cruise to Mexico and leaves a jealous Brianna at home. While the girls are away the guy trainers and newbie JD gather to have a little fun of their own.

Tempers fray and libidos heat up when the female trainers go on a lesbian cruise with Jackie. And Peeler decides to do a male bonding trip and go on the six mile Mud Run, featuring...six miles of mud, water, and voracious competitors.

Trainer-client relationships reach new lows at the Skylab when Gregg P has a falling out with a Skylabber. But things begin to look up for Gregg when he asks Erika to do a cover photo shoot with him. At the gym, tension between Jackie and Peeler grow when he confronts her about Doug's fundraiser and their relationship comes to a shocking boil.

Jackie takes the Skylabbers and trainers on a life-changing weekend retreat that ends in yelling and tears.

Jesse runs a boot camp for some of the Playboy bunnies. Doug's fundraising benefit turns into a drunken disaster as Peeler hits an all time low and Greg P and Renessa's relationship reaches an all time high.

Jackie's mom comes to visit from Ohio the same weekend as Brianna's parents. With a house full of family on her plate, her upcoming DVD shoot and the stressful news of Lisa's decision to get liposuction, Jackie decides to visit her therapist, Dr Shirley.

Jackie has a one-on-one workout with Rebecca, a flirty, sexy trainer at Sky Sport & Spa. After her session, Rebecca shows a picture of her boyfriend's penis to pop star Jody Watley, who is working out with another trainer, Doug. Erika, another trainer and Jackie's 'second in command,' reports the incident to Jackie. Jackie tells the trainers that she's planned a retreat for them in Palm Springs, but now has to break the news to Mimi. Jackie and Mimi go out to dinner, but Mimi's upset that she's the last one to hear about the retreat. Back at the gym, Jackie trains actor Alex Quinn and confronts Rebecca about the penis incident. The male trainers, led by Brian Peeler, plan an initiation hazing for new trainer Jesse at the retreat. After their arrival in Palm Springs, Jackie puts the trainers through a tough boot camp workout. Jackie and the trainers hang out in the hot tub, but when Rebecca leaves for a massage, Jesse jokingly calls her a 'slut.' Later that night, Peeler fills Rebecca in on the gossip. A drunk Rebecca confronts Jesse, who proclaims that he has nothing but 'the utmost respect for sluts and whores.' Peeler, doubting the sincerity of Jesse's apology, confronts him about the comment. Even though the two resolve their differences, the male trainers carry out their 'initiation,' covering Jesse in shaving cream. The next morning over breakfast, a guilty Jackie tells the trainers she didn't call Mimi the night before. There's hell to pay when Mimi confronts Jackie at ...

Old feelings reignite as Rebecca tries to comfort Jackie after her talk with Brianna about possibly spending time apart. With one boot camp left and Peeler gone there is no telling what dramatic results will be revealed.
