Di Teale arrives from Sheffield, with the support of The DCI, much to the annoyance of Burnside, the haul is a good one.
It's a good episode, one that shows the game of politics at play behind the scenes, it's not all about Bobbies on the best, it's about the power play among the powers that be.
I love the double act of Roach and Burnside, two old rogues cut from the same cloth, both with the same agenda, both with eachother's backs. Ellison is once again terrific.
Nobody crosses Burnside and gets away with it, always consequences.
Lots of banter and jostling, it would possible now be called offensive.
Enjoyed that, 7/10.
