- Chandler and Monica reconcile and hastily decide to get married. Ross and Rachel get drunk and roam the casino. Phoebe deals with a 'lurker' on the slot machines.
- Monica gambles instead of making up with Chandler. While Rachel is sleeping Ross draws a beard and a mustache on her face. Rachel is really upset because it won't come off anymore. Monica and Chandler make up when Monica tells him she won't see Richard anymore and that Chandler is the love of her life. Rachel doesn't want to leave her room so Ross and Rachel get drunk and play blackjack in Ross' room. Monica and Chandler win big in the casino. They bet that if they win the next round they will get married right now and... they win! Ross and Rachel are very drunk and leave the room with both their faces drawn on. When Chandler and Monica go to get married, Rachel and Ross come out of the chapel very drunk - and married!—Anonymous
- Rachel is oblivious to the beard and mustache Ross drew on her face until they meet Phoebe and Joey in the Caesar's Palace lobby; she storms off to the restrooms, where she discovers that the marker Ross borrowed is permanent. Ross calls the pen company and finds out that the marker is not going to come off. Rachel refuses to leave the hotel room (as everyone at the hotel is staring and pointing at her) but still demands the Vegas experience, leading her to eviscerate Ross's mini-bar and leading him to "lose" to her repeatedly at blackjack. Eventually they both get drunk, and parade happily around the casino in alcoholic equality: Ross with cat whiskers doodled on his face by Rachel.
Phoebe has to deal with an elderly female "lurker"-someone who takes slot machines Phoebe has just abandoned and manages to land jackpots with them. She attempts to antagonize the woman into leaving her alone. Phoebe corners the old lady and threatens her that she will out-lurk her. Phoebe starts following the old lady and just as she is about to lurk someone, she intervenes. The old lady had already put the coin in the machine, and Phoebe pulled the lever, leading to a jackpot. The fight eventually pulls in a security guard who rules that the money belongs to the old lady as it was her quarter. Meanwhile, Joey discovers his "hand twin"-a man whose hands are identical to Joey's; this man immediately gets drafted into Joey's get-rich-quick scheming (Joey traps the dealer in the bathroom and talks about having their own show together with clapping, songs about the hands and so on). Joey enlists Phoebe to come to the table and convince the dealer that Identical hand twin is a huge deal (she calls herself Regina Filangie and a businessman). The dealer calls security and gets them both thrown out
While Monica plays another game at the craps table, Chandler is towing his luggage behind, preparing to go home alone. Monica quickly apologizes to him, saying she will never see Richard again. After she proclaims that Chandler is the love of her life, he forgives her and joins her at the craps table, calling the numbers she should bet on. He makes increasingly extravagant promises to the crowd (steak dinners, the biggest suite in the place), culminating in him betting to Monica that they get married immediately if she rolls a hard eight. Monica rolls a four with one die, but the other goes wild and lands beneath the table on-edge, showing a four on one side and a five on the other. Chandler decides it is a four, and Monica agrees.
Monica needs something old, something new, something borrowed and blue. Chandler gives her an old condom and they steal ("Borrow") a blue sweater from the gift shop. Monica hides the sweater under her dress, which makes her feel preggers. They arrive at Las Vegas wedding chapel to get married but have to wait as the chapel is currently in use. Finally, its occupants burst out in joyous celebration: Ross and Rachel, still drunk and doodled-on, and now legally married. They charge out into the night while Chandler and Monica stare in shock.
