Ross finds Marcel on the set of a new movie, where Chandler bumps into a former schoolmate. Meanwhile, Rachel and Monica compete for the affections of Jean-Claude Van Damme.

At the site of the movie co-starring the capucin Marcel, Ross is disappointed not to get his former pet's full attention, but is promised a reunion afterward, which is however canceled. Joey attempts to get a part in the movie. The girls only have eyes for human star Jean-Claude Van Damme; since Monica is too shy to address him, Rachel asks him, but he invites her- several rows and dates are the -even literally- messy result. Chandler meets a former classmate, Susie Moss, whom he once humiliated causing her to be nicknamed 'Susie underpants', but now makes him ask her out and wear her panties, alas not just for the kick... Finally Ross gets a surprise.—KGF Vissers

Ross, hoping for a reunion with Marcel, looks for him on the movie set. Just a day later, but Marcel not nearly as happy to see ROss as he was before. Joey is jealous that he is doing a TV show and the monkey gets a part in the movie. He tries to get the director's attention by acting a spontaneous scene in front of him. Ross plans a whole evening for Marcel when he is promised his custody for 2 hrs. But the trainer cancels at the last minute as Marcel has to work.

Joey meanwhile, sucks up to the production assistant to land a part in the movie. But she clarifies that she has nothing to do with casting. While on set, Chandler meets his old childhood friend Susie "Underpants" Moss (Julia Roberts) working on the production, with whom he has a colored history; when they were in elementary school, Chandler pulled up Susie's skirt when she was on stage, revealing her panties to the entire school. Susie is the make-up artists on the sets. They arrange a date (with Susie promising sex if things go well), Chandler unsuspecting that it is a plot to get revenge. After convincing him to wear her panties (Before leaving the apartment Susie tells Chandler it would be sexy if he wore her panties), Susie leaves him wearing nothing but the panties in a bathroom stall in the restaurant where they are having dinner (she lures Chandler into the bathroom by saying that she wants to have sex with him). After getting Chandler to remove his clothes, she grabs all of them and runs away, saying that this was her revenge for 4th grade. Chandler eventually walks out by covering himself with the bathroom door.

Meanwhile, Monica (Courteney Cox) and Rachel meet the movie's star Jean-Claude Van Damme, and compete for his attention. Monica has the crush on him, but Rachel goes over to introduce Monica to Van Damme, but ends up getting charmed by him instead.. Rachel accepts a date with Jean-Claude after telling Monica how he is a jerk (she kept introducing Monica, but he kept asking Rachel out).. They hang out with Drew Barrymore. This creates tension between them, as they both argue over who should get to date him. Monica says that Rachel stole Jean-Claude from her. Rachel flicks Monica (to shut her up) and they both get into a huge fight till Phoebe has to separate them out by grabbing their ears. Monica wants Rachel to call Jean-Claude and tell him that she cant go on a date with him, and that Monica will go instead. Monica finds out that Rachel told him that Monica was willing to do a threesome with him and Drew Barrymore. Monica and Rachel end up having another huge fight. Monica destroys Rachel's favorite sweater, while Rachel destroy's Monica's purse by pouring sauce into it. Phoebe gets them both to stop and apologize to each other.

Ross finally reunites with Marcel and Joey lands a small role in the movie (when one of the virus victims calls in sick), but loses his solitary line after overacting.
