Gennaro v Benton...it's ice cream war in London. An Italian family vs. an English family, and thankfully it didn't break out into a race war. I especially liked Brian's Italian accent impersonation! Anyway, the ice cream war is based on real-life criminal activity in Scotland, and was portrayed in the movie Comfort and Joy.
The Benton ice cream van turn up at a brown-brick housing estate, dodgy, like Wood Farm in Oxford, and is involved in criminal activity. A sad legacy.
Gerry and one of his ex-wives discuss how to get their daughter out into the world and not stuck in her room at her mother's place all day. Gerry recruits his daughter Caitlin (Jodie Kelly) to score a drug deal, and it turns out Caitlin's interested in joining the force.
The UCOS team are gelling here, and it's the 7th episode of season 3.
