The name of this film is "Night of the Dead: Leben Tod". However the distributors felt that the German words "Leben Tod" would discourage sales and so they left it off the front box cover.
FYI - The Original script title was "Leben Tod". The original working title before it was sold (while it was being submitted to festivals and magazines) was "Night of the Leben Tod".

Both words are German. "Leben" means "life, and "Tod" means "death". The writer combined them to create the name of a specific type of Ghoul, the "Leben Tod", the "dead that Live", or being in the state of "leben tod": "life-death".
They bought it from the Production Company that made the film, Cerebral Experiment Productions.
This film was NOT produced by The Asylum in any way. They are only the distributor.

A sequel was in pre-production in 2007, but it never came to fruition.
The sequel would have continued the story of Anais, her newborn baby and little Christi who has taken Anais on as her new mom.
